Our History, Our Future
Siba-Univest is an emergent fully empowered, diversified provider of contract services to the resources and infrastructure sectors in South Africa, with extensive operational capacity in Mpumalanga, Northern Cape and the Free State. Since inception our inception in 2012, then Siba-Sibe and Now Siba-Univest, we have continued to diversify our service offering and expanded our geographical presence.
Our operational structure is categorised into civil, mining, minerals, energy & technologies, and drill & blast, from early planning, design, development, construction to operations and maintenance. Our theory of work is integral to our vision, which allows us to deliver our services to standards above industry expectations and to constantly challenge ourselves to drive continuous improvement in employee development and safety.
Our flexible delivery model encompasses modern relationship contracting approaches including alliancing and early contractor involvement, joint ventures, construct-only, design and construct.
